According to World Health Organization (WHO), about 7 million people died from ischaemic heart disease and about 6 million had a stroke or some form of cerebrovascular disease caused by clots in the arteries in 2008.

With the many trapping of modern day living: stressful job, unhealthy food, ubiquitous pollution, and so forth, you might think there is no easy way to avoid heart diseases. But the truth is there are simple ways to a healthy heart, according to many researches. Keeping healthy weight and diet, no cigarette smoking, regular exercise, and alcohol intake in moderation can all greatly help reduce your risk of heart diseases.
